Rory Tahari is the founder and CEO of State of Mind Partners, a strategic branding and investment firm. Prior, Ms. Tahari worked in the fashion industry for over two decades and served as the CEO of Elie Tahari, a global apparel and retail fashion brand.

Ms. Tahari also currently serves on the board of advisors of Omnicom's culture-tech agency Sparks and Honey, and previously was a member of the board of Elie Tahari Ltd. Ms. Tahari received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the College of Communication at Boston University.
